If you use a lot of kraft wrapping paper or brown butcher paper, you probably have a dispenser with a tearing edge. I don't. This is the least expensive roll I could find on Amazon Prime. It's expensive for the amount of paper, but this one roll will last me several years. It seems on the thin side of average. using YRYM HT kraft wrapping paper to make dress patterns. works well. I used it for our work's Bring Your Son or Daughter to work day. It was great! Great for shipping items, fast delivery.
I like the convenience of having brown butcher paperaround. I use it for multiple things from crafts for kids projects, base of pet cages for easy clean up, and even as wrapping paper. This one was very good because it was durable enough to use on the bottom of a bird cage but soft enough to bend and use as wrapping paper. This was perfect for table covers for my sons birthday party. The color was just what we needed for his fall theme and it doubled as something kids could draw on so it was great! The width was literally perfect for our churches fold out tables. The roll was long enough for us to have some left over after covering 18. tables. ( I’m not sure if they’re 6’ or 8’ tables though). I’m going to use what’s left to wrap Christmas gifts and let the kids draw something special on them!
I used the YRYM HT kraft wrapping paper to wrap boxes that I'm shipping. It's a good size roll and the paper thickness is decent. It's slightly thinner than the ones I see at the restaurants where they use to put on top of tables and you can draw on. It's not as thick as a cardboard or card stock type of paper. It's slightly thicker than regular paper though. However, it's good enough that I can wrap my boxes with feeling like it'll tear or get mangled. I think it'll be good enough for kids to draw on too. There is a lot of brown butcher paper to wrap Christmas gifts at a very good price. I jazz it up with wonderful ribbons. Used as table covers for party initially, and later for crafting. Definitely more than I expected. I re-ordered yrym ht brown butcher paper thinking it would be the same quality of the butcher paper i had bought the year before. however it was thick.And it worked well for wrapping gifts and substitute for butcher paper. Great for presentation. Bought this product to wrap gifts. It is just what I was wanting.

Also used it for craft projects. Just bought my second roll. Exactly what I needed. Good quality paper and roll, good price. Everything as described! This is good paper, just a little stiff. Will try a different one next time. This paper is a little thicker than I was expecting, but I am happy with it none the less. I think the quality is good and you get quite a lot on the roll.
