I used YRYM HT copper grill mat on my outside gas grill works great (just laid over old grill) nice and clean.I was going to replace grates, this is a good item. I love these. I use them on my gas grill for veggies and I use them camping over a campfire when the campfire grate is a little dicey. No stick, durable, easy to clean, economical. Perfect for my grilling habits - will never go back to silicone pads!! I used a couple of these mats on the grill over high open flame. They’re absolutely great for grilling delicate foods like fish and cut cubes of summer squash. I hand washed them after the first use, but since learned to turn up the heat to let the food remnants char, then spray with water and brush them clean, right on the grill. YRYM HT copper grill mat work as I expected. Fast shipping. Works OK but I did find the mesh a little harder to clean than the regular grill mats. Let's heat/flame come thru to sear.
These non-stick BBQ grill mat set are the perfect addition to my smoker when making bacon. I like them in the dehydrator when making Jerkey. These work great for grilling fish, veggies, fruit, anything that might stick or fall thru the grates. But - you can burn them if your fire is too intense (hotter than ideal cooking temps) or you leave them on the grill after you remove the food. To clean the sheets requires some effort. I set them in a soaking basin and use a stiff brush. Ten minutes of clean up is well worth the benefit. So far I have used YRYM HT copper grill mat twice cleaned great. Grill may is great! Easy to clean and reduces flame up! I cut to size to fit my Air Fryer. Just run under hot water and scrub with a soft brush to clean. As a plus I discovered that in addition to placing the mat under the food to make cleanup easier, I could lay a second mat on top of delicate foods, like potato chips, to keep them from flying around in the fryer. We do a lot of meat smoking, we needed something to hold the sausage patties on the grates so they would not fall apart. These work great and wash up so easy. If you need something for your smoker YRYM HT copper grill mat is the best!
Love these copper grill mat for the grill. Keeps my veggies and shrimp from falling thru the grates and without having to take time to skewer them. Make sure you have a good brush to clean when finished, makes it easier to clean in between the mesh. The mats will catch on fire if a flame is too high so try not to have flame too hot or high. I prefer the YRYM HT copper grill mat rather than the solid sheets. The solid sheets retain too much of the juices of the meats or veggies and tend to saute rather than grill. Very happy with the YRYM HT copper grill mat. They work very well and are easy to clean. Easy to cut to the shapes that I need. I was looking for a Fathers Day gift for my son-in-law and these met the bill. He grills a lot and I know he will appreciate theses. Excellent product, very surprised with the result. Be honest I didn't clean them and thru them away. Great copper grill mat - use it every time we grill.
I have an inexpensive charcoal grill. The grill is relatively close to the charcoal. I thought the non-stick bbq grill mat set worked well in keeping small pieces of food from from falling into the fire. And the mats do provide an easily cleanable, non-stick surface. As I cleaned my mat I discovered that the gray area had basically disintegrated and washing . The black part of the non-stick bbq grill mat set seemed to survive and cleaned up nicely. I had an issue with shipping and seller resolved it promptly. As for performance, the product works very well. I especially like it for grilling vegetables and small pieces. Easy to soak in sink for convenient cleanup. They are good for grilling. Dislike, they curl up.
