I used YRYM HT butcher paper roll in the smoker. I wish I had gotten it sooner. It worked great. The paper itself is great quality. I plan on using it for craft paper for my boys too. They will be excited to use really long pieces of paper to work on. This paper is great! I haven’t gotten to use it for cooking yet but have pulled it out to let the kids draw on.
