My husband is very happy with YRYM HT butcher wrapping paper. He uses it in our Trager grill and it holds up beautifully. We would recommend. Lowest price and did its job...kinda like a vet who signs league minimum to play for the Patriots. My brisket came out so good with this paper. Will not cook another one without it. I bought this product to wrap my first ever smoked brisket. I was really happy with the turn out. It was sturdy enough to hold moisture but allowed the brisket to breath like it’s suppose to. The brisket turned out to have a great Smokey flavor along with being tender and juicy. The free ebook I received was also awesome and I have added it to my BBQ collection. Excellent product! As described and cheaper than what I could find locally.
Came packaged nicer than I expected. I printed off the cookbook, which we love. All the sauces we have made have been delicious. Great for wrapping up brisket to seal in the juices after smoking. Great product. YRYM HT butcher wrapping paper worked great on my ribs. they came out with a little tug. ..I use it for BBQ exclusively and have gotten away from using aluminum foil. Great price and works as intended. Definitely a must have for smoking meats. The free ebook is a plus with lots of good recipes. Great product for wrapping a brisket! Worked perfectly. The only thing holding me back from a 5 star review is that i was hoping for this to come in some sort of “dispensing system” where you could tear off the amount you needed without needing a box cutter or scissors (similar to wax or parchment paper you buy at the grocery store). I will purchase again when I run low!
First time using the brown butcher paper and very happy with quality. Will definitely buy again. Worked well I used it to wrap a 15 pound brisket. First time using it and very happy with quality. Will definitely buy again. The butcher paper aided in keeping the brisket I Smoked nice and tender. I hope would definitely order the brown butcher paper again. I also had an excellent experience with the company’s promptness in getting my order to me. Exactly what I was looking for. And the cookbook was a great added extra! Fast and easy shipping and exactly what was advertised at a great price. Product arrived as it should in perfect condition. Can't wait to use in my smoker. Paper worked perfectly. Authentic old fashioned butcher paper. Wrapped my smoked brisket in it for finish smoking and worked perfectly.
After reading different ways to smoke a great brisket, one thing in common was people using butcher's paper instead of foil. I decided to buy some and give it a go. I'm so glad I did. It was my best brisket yet. When I run out I will definitely be getting more. worked great for wrapping a 7 lb brisket. The butcher paper roll is pretty easy to store. Had this shipped in 2 days and have used it to wrap briskets. Awesome product and great price. I used it this past weekend to wrap my packer Brisket after smoking on grill. I took 6th place on brisket. Not bad for my 2nd competition. Like the pink/peach butcher wrapping paper! I use this in the bottom of my bird's cage. It catches everything she drops, it's not toxic (like newspaper ink can be), and rolls the mess in a neat package. This product was supposed to come with a recipe book (per item description) and it did not!!
