Nice heavy butcher paper for smoking,used to make some pulled pork and it worked great. Used this to smoke a brisket, and it was the most flavorful, tender smoked meats I’ve had yet! Super high quality paper, and enough to last a long time! In my area it is difficult to find FDA approved butcher paper. I was happy to find it here, & was even happier when I received the product. Good product, at a good price. Used this roll to run down the center of our tables for a chili cook off. We use this paper when eating steamed crabs. It holds up well to both eating and clean up. The width makes it much easier to handle than some of the wider rolls for sale. We have reordered more than once, as this paper seems to hold up better than others outdoors. Bought this paper to smoke meats on our smoker, works very well.

Next time I will make sure to keep the overlap of the paper to a minimum. Great product. Exactly as listed. Came well packaged and works great with smoker. I love YRYM HT butcher paper roll! It is sturdy but easy to work with. I lined my bulletin boards in my classroom. I intend to use it again next year. Excellent product. Perfect for cooking uses. Used for a memo board and general kitchen task. Works as expected and I'm happy with the purchase. It’s non waxed butcher paper, arrived as described. Wrap my briskets in it like Franklins BBQ. Would order again. Product that arrived was as described. No complaints. I like that the paper roll was in a bag with core plugs so I can keep the unused portion clean. YRYM HT butcher paper for smoking is good if you are looking for lightweight paper. I got this to use for bird droppings and it doesn't hold up for that. Love smoking with the paper. Fast prompt shipping and excellent price! This paper is listed as being good for wrapping meat for cooking, but it is too weak for that. Used it for the first time on a brisket!! Everyone enjoyed the brisket! I love the paper to put in cake pan and to cover any pans or cookie sheets I use in the oven. It works great. Purchased this for wrapping brisket on the smoker. Arrived on time and was as described! Would purchase again. It seems to do a better job than foil as far as maintaining bark, etc. It will seep a little, but I don't see that as a problem. Wasn't really trying to beat a stall even though that's why I bought it. Just testing it out with some baby backs.
