I used kraft butcher paper for Christmas gift wrapping, and I've continued to use it for various purposes throughout the year. It's stronger and thicker than what I found in our local stores, yet it's not so heavy that it doesn't wrap and crease well. Very happy with this. It's one of those things that you buy once and keep on hand for multiple uses throughout the year. There's so much on the roll that maybe it'll be around for a few years. Would be useful for protecting floors and tables for arts-and-crafts projects. Kids could spend hours drawing or painting on it. I recommend this roll to everyone as you will find that it is one of the most useful and versatile items in your home.
The YRYM HT brown butcher paper wrapping is my second roll, the first would have lasted a couple more years, but my landlord's worker men used the remainder to keep their boots off the carpet of our apartment. Works great as a table covering for parties and for wrapping parcels or gifts. I try to keep my decor and gift-wrapping simple to save on storage, so having one roll that can do double-duty is wonderful. This paper is perfect for crafting with kids, wrapping gifts, and packing up packages! It is extremely sturdy, and the roll lasts a very long time.
I've started the delve into the world of BBQ and after reading blogs about tin foil vs. butcher paper, I've decided to use butcher paper, too - I saw this product and chose it - it comes in a protective cylinder which is very nice. The paper tears nicely and very straight without much special attention necessary - am glad I chose this product.
Purchased this to create nice little packages for gifts to tie up in twine. The quality of paper is great and the roll came securely packaged. I bought this for wrapping paper for Christmas. I managed to wrap all of our gifts with a quarter roll to spare, so there is plenty for any project you might have. This also takes ink beautifully. Resists humidity fairly well. Excellent quality paper. Exactly what I was looking for. It was thick without being too thick, and thin enough to crease, and the crease holds well. It was thinner than butcher paper, though, so if that's the type of thing you need, you might look for something thicker.
