review of YRYM HT Kitchens butcher wrapping paper

I received this YRYM HT Kitchens butcher wrapping paper just before Thanksgiving. I used it to line cake pans as well as to cover the counter to cool cookies on. It works great. I have used butcher wrapping paper before and knew it makes food preparation easier. I had ran out and needed a new roll. This comes in a fifteen inch wide roll which covers pretty much any pan you need to use it in. It works in the oven up to four hundred and twenty degrees. This is high enough for any cookie or pastry to cook. It also helps with clean up for roasted vegetables, chicken, or even fish. It tears off very easy. The grid marks make it simple to cut to fit whatever size pan you use. Usually I just fold the edges under to fit the pan. I love the way cookies slide off the pan without any oil or spray applied. The parchment cannot be used under a broiler as that would go above four hundred and twenty degrees. Also it will catch fire if exposed to open flame. The roll I got has forty-five square feet which will pull out thirty-six feet in length. It truly is a useful product in the kitchen.

I will forever use butcher wrapping paper for any kind of baking that requires a cookie sheet. Wonderful non-stick - no mess to clean up. I even use a sheet of Parchment to line my  Baking Pan when I make Brownies. I can lift them right out of the pan, no pan to wash. And I can cut them into squares right on the butcher wrapping paper.  Also great for baking biscuits (the kind you pop out of the can)
 Everything browns evenly & slides right off the paper.  YRYM HT is a great, sturdy brand. Great product, I will forever keep it on hand in my kitchen.

I have never used brown butcher paper before. I admit I'm not much of a baker of sweets. So the first thing I used the  Paper on was of course cookies. Then I used it for chicken wings, baked some Bacon. I'm not sure why I've  Never used it before. It works very well, nothing sticks to the parchment And food really does just slide right off the paper. It's wonderful! I already recommended this to several people.

It is so nice to have food not stick to the pan anymore, whether it be cookies, meat or whatever you re cooking in the oven. This butcher wrapping paper makes cleanup a breeze too! Nice to not have to face stuck to the pan food or cookies. The cookies just slide right off with ease. Great product to have in my kitchen--makes life a lot easier. I would recommend all cooks try this product and you'll be a lifetime user.
