How to Barbecue Chicken Wings

Chicken wings are common ingredients for barbecue. It is quite easy to grill chicken wings and it taste tender and flavorful based on my recipe.  A BBQ grill mat can help keep grill clean and prevent from sticking.

Ingredients:
9 chicken wings;
35 grams of grilled barbecue sauce;
20 grams of water;
15 grams of cooking wine;
Kosher honey;
grilled chicken wings

Directions:
1 Thaw the chicken wings and wash. Drain dry water.

2 Mix marinade, water and cooking wine in a large bowl and stir evenly. Then add chicken wings, mix well, marinade for more than seven hours (you can use toothpick to make some small holes in the chicken wings in advance. If you think it is troublesome, the time for marinade should last longer);

3.Place a non stick grill mat on the baking tray, which can prevent from sticking and keep baking tray clean. Then transfer the chicken wings into it.

4.Preheat the oven over 200 degrees, set temperature at 200 degrees for both up and down layer.

5.Transfer the baking tray to the oven and bake for 40 minutes;

6.When baked for 20 minutes, take out the chicken wings and brush some honey on the surface,  and then transfer back to the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
7.When the time is up, take out the baking tray. Let it rest for a few minutes. Serve when it is still warm.

Tips: Brush some marinade before baking, the color and taste will be better; when you make marinate, you should add enough barbecue sauce and don’t add too much water, since there are excess water in the chicken wings.
