How to grill pork chops

 Grilled pork chop is really delicous with New Orleans barbecue juice. This recipe is about how to grill pork chops. Follow my guide and have a start!

Ingredients: 
500 grams fresh pork loin
35 grams New Orleans barbecue powder
35 grams water
2 teaspon extra olive oil
kosher honey

Directions

1. Cut the pork loin into 1-1.5cm thick cubes;
2. Mix New Orleans barbecue powder with water and olive oil. Stir and mix thoroughly. 

3. Marinade pork loin with marinade and rub evenly. Marinade for at least 1 hour.
4. Place a grill mat on the baking tray. Take out marinated pork loin and transfer to baking tray.
5. Preheat oven over medium-high temperature. Transfer the baking tray in the middle of the oven. Bake for 10 minutes and take out. Flip the pork loin and brush a layer of honey. 
6. Transfer back to oven and continue to bake for 15 minutes.
7.  When it is well baked, take out.
8.  Boil the remaining marinade, cool until it beomes a puree and transfer to a bowl. Rub evenly the puree on the grilled pork chops and sever.
