Loved my grill mats, wish I would have bought them sooner, Five stars. Awesome product, easy cleanup! It is everything that was described about the product! Got these for my dad for fathers day. He was a little skeptical at first, but after using them...he loves them! Even his good friend that's a butcher/self proclaimed grill master (which he's pretty damn good), was surprised at how well they worked.Hamburgers were greasy and grease stayed on mat. Chicken was cooked but no grill color. We have not actually used the mat yet, but heard a lot of good things from friends that have used them. They are good for preventing a lot of flair ups from grease, and prevents smaller food items from falling through the grill. Perfect grill marks without having the mess of cleaning a grill. It is especially helpful since we are a Louisiana flood victim with no kitchen sink or dishwasher in which to clean a large grill plate. Speaking of cleaning....it was very easy to clean the mat after use.
Flame ups are always an issue but with the Grill Mat that goes away. Easy to wash, can trim to fit any grill and it does not effect the BBQ flavor in anyway. I had my steaks on one side an fresh veggies on the other, great product! I was skeptical about the claims, no more! I couldn't believe the way this works. Grill lines, no flares and my grate is spotless. Easy soap and water clean up. I recommend this to anyone who is tired of grease fires and nasty grates. Great product! When grilling steaks I won't use the mat, but for fish, veggies, and other leaner meats, this is excellent! Traditionally with Salmon i'll often use Cedar Planks, but these matts keep the moisture so much better, plus you can cook so many fillets at one time. Excellent gift for that grill-addict that you know.
Used my grill mat for the first time last night; it is amazing! I'm so glad that I bought it. I used it to make grilled chicken wings. I tossed them in corn starch and seasonings and put them on the mat with NO oils of fats. ZERO sticking, great grill marks, no good dropping into the grill. Seriously awesome. I received the grill mat and have used it sucessfully. It is great. It is washable (goes into the dishwasher) and it does a great job of cooking fish on the barbque. I would buy it again.

I have been in the hospital and rehab facility, still haven't done any grilling,hope to real soon. was so excited to give this may to my husband for Christmas. He's gotten so used to using his grill, I wanted him to be able to use it to cook even more for our family. I figured that this mat would come in handy and make it so much easier to grill veggies and things like shrimp. However, this allows almost NO heat from the flames to reach the food and it takes way too long for anything to actually cook. was so excited to give this may to my husband for Christmas. He's gotten so used to using his grill, I wanted him to be able to use it to cook even more for our family. I figured that this mat would come in handy and make it so much easier to grill veggies and things like shrimp. However, this allows almost NO heat from the flames to reach the food and it takes way too long for anything to actually cook.
