I saw a similar BBQ grill mat on a television commercial, and went on Amazon to find them. This brand had 3 for the same price as two of the other brand. I have a large grill so, I needed 3 to cover my cooking area. Went these arrived I put the BBQ grill mat on my grill and gave them a try. Exactly as promised. They cook the food well, even getting the grate stripes on the meat. Without grease dripping through the grates I had no flare ups. After they had cooled I brought them in and cleaned them up in the kitchen sink. The grates on my grill stayed clean! Recommend these for any outdoor chef! I was thrilled to be able to buy the mats for such a good price. They are exactly like the ones I have been buying for a lot more. We live in Florida and grill a least twice a week.
The non stick grill mat works pretty well. When you first get them, they're rolled up tightly, though when you toss one on the grill it flattens out in 2-3 seconds. It works great for veggies and other items that might otherwise fall through the grates. If you cook with propane, these are just a convenience item that allows you to cook these items on the grill. Used these mats to grill 2 times already and they worked so good...had easy clean up...just took the mat in the house and rinsed it off and it was clean and the grill remained clean too..and even with the non stick grill mat the food cooked though and tasted good..the pork chops were nice and juicy and not overcooked..and the brats grilled just like without the mat...very happy with my purchase...
The BBQ grill mat cook meat wonderfully, just make sure you clean your grill. No grease should be left. I just had a grease fire while cooking chicken. These mats work great. They are especially good for chicken or any meat that tends to cause flareups. The mat contains the grease, except for that which runs off the side, but still get the lines from the grill. These are great! We cook our salmon, veggies, garlic bread and even steaks on these. They leave perfect grill marks! Great product. Works perfectly and larger than other product offer grill mats. Grilled up lamb chops two nights ago. Grill marks perfect. No flare ups. Are used one for the first time when I was making barbecued spareribs. I was very please with the cleanup. Made my life easy!
I tell ALL my friends about the non stick grill mat awesome product! Everyone loves it! I even fry eggs on it, use it for everything. I was cooking a few pieces of bacon on it at a time but put too many pieces on when I had guests and set the grill on fire - my bad. The mat caught on fire and still came out unscathed. And yes, I'm a blonde. I just didn't think that bacon grease scenario through - might have been the early morning mimosas. My boyfriend loves these. They are great to grill fish and vegetables. For the price you can't beat the quantity. Arrived very fast, price was great. I havent used them yet. But if they are like the one I have in my oven, I will love them.
